    Head of Marketing

    BettingJobs is working with a unique B2B provider in the iGaming industry, supported by a dedicated team of 200 professionals. Our client stands as a leading player in the space, boasting an impressive annual revenue of approximately $20 million.

    They are searching for an experienced Head of Marketing to join their team in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small, dynamic marketing team, including a Visual Designer and Digital Marketer.
    • Partner with B2B Sales & Key Account Management to align marketing with business goals, driving revenue growth and brand awareness among senior decision makers.
    • Innovate in Marketing & B2B Communication to boost brand and offer visibility with existing and prospective stakeholders.
    • Foster a creative, innovative, and results-oriented team culture.
    • Develop and execute strategies to promote the brand and products across relevant B2B channels.
    • Oversee the creation of visually compelling marketing materials, including logo design, conference stands, merchandise, and brand assets.
    • Manage all aspects of iGaming event marketing for maximum exposure and engagement.
    • Lead content creation for social media, career site, and B2B website, ensuring brand alignment and audience relevance.
    • Develop campaigns that grow the brand with global iGaming operators across diverse markets.
    • Strengthen the employer brand to attract top-tier global talent.
    • Create campaigns that showcase company culture, values, and success stories.
    • Stay current with industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep marketing ahead of the curve.
    • Analyse campaign performance and report insights to senior leadership.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and effective campaigns across all offices, tailored to cultural and market-specific nuances.

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally within the iGaming or related industry.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline, with a strong B2B focus.
    • Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders from different regions.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, social media strategy, and B2B marketing.
    • Strong understanding of brand development, event marketing, and employer branding strategies.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in using Design & Content Creation tools (e.g. Adobe suite, 3D tools, Canva, Website builders etc.) is a benefit in order to be able to create with short lead time.
    • Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional projects. Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.
