    Account Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a unique B2B provider in the iGaming industry, supported by a dedicated team of 200 professionals. Our client stands as a leading player in the space, boasting an impressive annual revenue of approximately $20 million.

    They are searching for a skilled Account Manager to join their B2B team in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B accounts in the iGaming sector, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and business success.
    • Develop and implement tailored account strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable growth and retention.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders, including C-level executives, providing consultative support and fostering trusted partnerships.
    • Oversee the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and product launch through ongoing engagement and performance optimization.
    • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing the value of each account and contributing to revenue growth.
    • Lead regular business reviews and provide data-driven insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
    • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs across product, operations, and leadership teams.
    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and seamless project execution.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand market presence.
    • Mentor junior team members and support the development of a collaborative, high-performing account management team.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of B2B account management experience within the iGaming sector, with a focus on strategic client development.
    • Proven success in building relationships, upselling, and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
    • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align solutions to client goals.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluency in English required, additional languages highly valued.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools with the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
    • Flexible and proactive, with the willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a commitment to detail and excellence.
