    Senior Client Services Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing Tech Consultancy in the UK, looking for a Senior Client Services Manager to help manage their iGaming client portfolio.

    As the Senior Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire sales process, including identifying and qualifying opportunties, building pitch teams, crafting differentiated proposals, managing contracts, tracking deal progress, and mobilising engagement teams.

    The successful candidate will have extensive experience in professional services or custom digital product development, with a proven ability to sell solutions or services at an executive/C-level in the gaming industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the entire sales process, including identifying and qualifying opportunities, building pitch teams, crafting differentiated proposals, managing contracts, tracking deal progress, and mobilising engagement teams.
    • Manage a portfolio of accounts, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives while delivering value to the company.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by meeting their needs, exceeding expectations, and delivering high-quality services.
    • Collaborate with peers to develop and execute Strategic Account Plans, aligning business activities and investments for sustained account growth.
    • Build strong teaming relationships and win strategies to drive success.
    • Represent the company in the market, enhancing its reputation through active participation in industry and technical communities.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in professional services or custom digital product development, with a proven ability to sell solutions or services at an executive/C-level in the gaming industry.
    • In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, its trends, challenges, and opportunities, supported by a strong professional network.
    • Passion for digital products and technology, with expertise in discussing topics like agile methodologies, design thinking, service design, MVP development, and modern software approaches with senior stakeholders.
    • Prior experience working with gaming and betting clients, such as casino operators, sportsbooks, and lottery providers.
    • Proven success managing accounts or portfolios with annual revenue targets of £5m+, building long-term, sustainable client relationships, and driving YoY revenue growth.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic, measurable outcomes for clients, evidenced by business impact and client advocacy through positive NPS scores or equivalent metrics.
