    Korean Customer Service Agent

    BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a Korean Customer Service Agent for a leading B2B iGaming provider based in Cyprus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer customer emails, resolve customer issues and escalate to 2nd level support where necessary
    • Ensure we continue to offer a competitive and complete product through front end monitoring and competitor analysis
    • Support our fraud and risk processes through customer account verification
    • Monitor and approve customer withdrawals
    • Assist in the management of customer bonus campaigns

    Requirements:

    • You speak fluent Korean
    • Fluency in English Language will be a strong plus.
    • You have experience working in customer service or in the online gaming sector
    • You are as comfortable working independently within a supportive team
    • You are eager to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
    • You can multitask while maintaining high standards of accuracy
    • You take pride in your work and have an appreciation for the user experience
