    BettingJobs is excited to partner with a growing business from South Africa who are expanding their offices into Europe and are on the cusp on attaining their MGA and UKGC licenses. They are currently seeking a PVP to join their team in Johannesburg.

    Responsibilities:

    • Building personal relationships with high-value players, understanding their preferences, and tailoring services or rewards to their needs.
    • Implementing VIP and loyalty programs to retain key players, often offering exclusive bonuses, promotions, and events.
    • Regularly contacting players via calls, emails, and live chats to check in on their experience and keep them engaged with ongoing casino activities.
    • Encouraging higher levels of play and deposit from these Pot VIPs through targeted incentives and promotions.
    • Keeping track of Pot VIP players’ behaviour and activities, using data to predict potential churn and take action to retain them.
    • Working with other teams like marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure Pot VIP players’ feedback is incorporated into services.
    • Providing rapid responses to issues or concerns raised by Pot VIP players, ensuring their satisfaction with the platform.

    Requirements:

    • Team player: Collaborative mindset, with experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, and compliance teams).
    • Fluent English – both written and spoken.
    • Proven planning and organisational skills.
    • Experience in customer service within a large volume call centre environment, preferably in gaming or a related industry.
    • Strong passion for customer service and creating lasting relationships with players.
    • Ability to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
    • Energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic about providing VIP-level service.
    • The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated energetic individual
