BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2B casino platform provider, who are seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Global Head of HR to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations to ensure efficiency.
Maintain employee records, address HR inquiries, and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and job descriptions.
Oversee performance management, including evaluations and goal setting.
Provide coaching on employee development and performance issues.
Act as a key contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture.
Track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism) and prepare reports for leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Cyprus labour laws; CIPD Level 5/7 is a plus.
Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English (Greek is a plus).
High integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
