    Community Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2B casino platform provider, who are seeking to hire an experienced Community Manager to join their team in Sao Paulo.

    Responsibilities:

    • Produce and share compelling content tailored to the Brazilian market on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Be the face of our brands on our Social Channels.
    • Actively engage with the player community on social media platforms, forums, and other online channels. Respond promptly and professionally to comments, questions, and feedback.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share engaging content, including posts, updates, and promotions tailored to the Brazilian iGaming audience.
    • Work with our Social Media agencies, coordinating their work and creating new content.
    • Plan and execute online events, tournaments, and promotions that resonate with the community and drive player engagement.
    • Gather and analyse player feedback to provide insights to the product and marketing teams, helping to improve the overall player experience.
    • To keep the community strategy innovative and relevant, stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and player preferences in the Brazilian market.
    • Handle any community-related issues or conflicts professionally, ensuring a positive resolution that maintains the brand’s reputation.
    • Track and report on community engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise community strategies.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of proven experience as a Community Manager.
    • Deep knowledge of the Digital environment, with creative and innovative skills.
    • Deep understanding of the Brazilian iGaming community and player behaviour.
    • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese; proficiency in English is mandatory
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse online community.
    • Experience with social media management tools and community engagement platforms.
    • Experience in organising and managing online gaming events or tournaments.
    • Familiarity with online casino games and their player dynamics is recommended.
    • A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative community engagement strategies
