Responsibilities:

• Managing the VIP client portfolio and developing long-term relationships with them.
• Organizing and coordinating exclusive and personalized events for VIP clients.
• Monitoring the gaming activities of VIP clients and offering personalized recommendations and bonuses.
• Ensuring quick and efficient responses to requests and issues from VIP clients.
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop specific offers for the VIP segment.
• Maintaining a detailed understanding of the casino’s products and services to provide competent advice and support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing VIP clients, preferably in the gambling or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting and valuable relationships.
• Deep understanding of the needs and expectations of VIP clients.
• Ability to provide personalized and innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to work flexibly, including outside normal working hours, to meet the needs of VIP clients.
