    VIP Account Manager

    BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for a VIP Account Manager based remotely.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players.
    • Deliver personalized service to maximize retention and loyalty.
    • Identify player needs and provide tailored offers and experiences.
    • Monitor activity and proactively engage high-value accounts.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in retail casinos or iGaming VIP account management.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Target-driven with a customer-first mindset.
    • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
