BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a VIP Account Manager to join their team in Cyprus, Bulgaria or Poland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
- Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues.
- Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs.
- Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting.
- Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.
- Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken. German, Italian, Slovenian, Finnish, Polish, Hungarian, Portuguese, Polish is a plus
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to details.
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
- Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month).
