    Vietnam Country Manager

    Our client, a subsidiary of a leading Asian facing gaming operator, is seeking talented professionals to join their team based in Bangkok. They are currently looking for a Vietnam Country Manager to join their team. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the strategic roadmap to establish and grow company presence in Vietnam.
    • Ensure all operations comply with local laws and gaming regulations. Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities.
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive growth.
    • Oversee localized marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement strategies tailored to the Vietnamese market.
    • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team to support operational objectives.
    • Set budgets, manage P&L, and ensure profitability in line with corporate goals.

    Requirements:

    • Deep understanding of the gaming industry in Vietnam, including customer preferences and regulatory landscape.
    • Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Have an operational background and proven experience managing operations teams (customer support, finance, risk and fraud, technical).
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to navigate a dynamic market and adapt strategies as needed to meet local challenges and opportunities.
