BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming operator in central European markets who are seeking to expand their design team based in either Prague, Warsaw, Split, Malta or Gibraltar with the addition of a UX Designer.

Responsibilities:

• A hands-on leader in UX/UI projects within the design organization while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Understands business expectations and timelines, identifies opportunities for innovation, and helps remove blockers.
• Supports conceptualization, develops user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, UX best practices, UI trends, and industry advancements.
• Understands user research, analyses findings, and translates insights into meaningful design solutions.
• Promotes a culture of design thinking and navigates product ambiguities with curiosity.
• Analyses user feedback, data analytics, and competitive insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the product.
• Strong understanding of design systems to ensure visual consistency across platforms and has the scalability mindset at every design decision

Requirements:

• 7+ years of UX design experience
• Experience in presenting concepts and design hypotheses to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken (C1/C2)
• Understands information architecture, content, and navigation needs that facilitate seamless user experiences within the platforms.
• Proficiency in colour theory, shapes, typography, and form to enhance usability and improve the user experience.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, including iOS, web, and Android.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and others.
