    US Copywriter

    BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a US Copywriter to join their team based remotely in the US.

    Responsibilities:

    • Adapt and localize existing brand content for the US market
    • Write and revise legal and compliance-focused materials including:
      • Betting rules
      • Terms and conditions
      • User agreements
    • Ensure all content aligns with US regulatory standards (state-level betting laws, etc.)
    • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to deliver clear, compliant, and engaging copy
    • Work through an initial backlog of ~80–100 pages, with ongoing content needs expected

    Requirements:

    • A native English speaker and US citizen (required due to regulatory familiarity)
    • Experienced copywriter with a strong grasp of US market tone, culture, and language nuance
    • Confident writing compliance-heavy and regulatory content
    • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously with a global team
    • Previous experience in sports betting, iGaming, fintech, or similarly regulated industries is a big plus
