BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2C casino operator with multiple brands, who are seeking to hire an experienced Technical PSP Integration Specialist to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Review technical API Guides from the PSP, including endpoints, request/response formats, authentication, and requirements.
• Conduct meetings/training with Product Owners to explain key concepts (deposit/withdrawal flows, authentication, payloads, error handling).
• Facilitate access to sandbox/testing environments for hands-on API exploration.
• Identify potential pitfalls, security considerations, and compliance requirements.
• Provide sample code, tutorials, or reference implementations for common tasks (transactions, callbacks, payment flows).
• Offer ongoing support and resolve integration issues promptly.
• Test and troubleshoot integrations with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor payment metrics to drive optimization and improvements.
• Collaborate with PSPs to suggest gateway/platform enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date internal documentation (guidelines, troubleshooting, configuration).
• Stay informed on emerging integration trends and technologies.
• Represent the company in online and in-person PSP meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of payment technologies (credit cards, digital wallets, ACH, crypto).
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Program management experience with large programs/multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience integrating across diverse development environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
