Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operational, and commercial roles within the online gambling sector.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre professionals, including direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships with industry-specific job boards.
Screen and interview candidates to assess cultural fit, technical expertise, and industry experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure talent needs are met efficiently.
Maintain and enhance the employer brand through strategic employer branding initiatives.
Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on regulated and emerging iGaming markets.
Utilise recruitment analytics to measure hiring efficiency and improve the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and industry-specific hiring regulations.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to engage with potential candidates.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the online gambling/iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, affiliates, game providers, or related fields).
Strong knowledge of global iGaming markets, regulations, and talent trends.
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including marketing, operations, compliance, tech, and product development.
Proficiency in headhunting, networking, and passive candidate engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools. – advantage
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Greek, Russian, or Spanish are a plus).
