BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growth on an international scale.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the engine driving our talent pipelines — sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional people across a mix of technical, creative, and operational roles.
Main Tasks:
- Build and manage active pipelines for key roles across global functions
- Use a multi-channel sourcing approach — LinkedIn Recruiter, X (Twitter), GitHub, Stack Overflow, Discord groups, online communities, and referral networks
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and shape attraction strategies
- Screen candidates and manage the end-to-end hiring process — from first contact to offer
- Keep data squeaky clean in our ATS and contribute to recruitment reporting
- Support employer branding initiatives and help showcase company culture through creative content and outreach
- Collaborate on projects to improve recruitment processes and scalability as we grow
Personal Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in-house (tech, digital, or high-growth environments a big plus)
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches, market mapping, and social platforms
- Strong communication skills — you know how to connect with people and tell a compelling story about an opportunity
- Highly organised and data-savvy, comfortable managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders across time zones
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you don’t wait for roles to land, you go out and find the talent
- A genuine curiosity about people, culture, and the gaming / tech / crypto world
