    Sweepstake Consultant

    BettingJobs is working with a start-up crypto casino brand who are looking to add a Sweepstakes / Social Casino expert to their team, to help them launch a new brand within the US market.

    This role is well suited to someone with proven experience in product management, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Product Selection and Research
    • Conduct in-depth research to identify trends in social and sweepstakes gaming, focusing on popular providers and unique user preferences.
    • Analyse competitor platforms to define best practices and identify market gaps, informing the MVP and our unique selling proposition.
    • Design a dual payment system supporting both USD and cryptocurrency, ensuring industry-leading service levels for withdrawals.
    • Engage with platform and game providers to secure favourable terms for seamless integration.
    1. Regulatory Compliance and Legal Setup
    • Collaborate with legal advisors to draft essential terms, privacy policies, and user agreements.
    • Partner with the CEO to establish a compliant business structure supporting U.S. regulations and marketing on major platforms.
    • Set up a secure U.S. banking framework to manage player funds and facilitate redemptions.
    • Secure agreements with payment processors and AMOE providers to meet all transaction and legal requirements.
    1. Marketing and Brand Strategy Development
    • Develop a marketing strategy that aligns with our brand identity, emphasizing the platform’s social and engaging qualities.
    • Create targeted campaigns for U.S. users, highlighting the appeal of free-to-play models with optional purchases.
    • Establish KPIs to track and optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Collaborate on promotional content, including graphics, ad copy, and placements for the U.S. market.
    1. Go-to-Market Strategy and Launch
    • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market plan with detailed timelines, marketing activities, and promotional events.
    • Identify strategic partnerships to boost visibility and user acquisition.
    • Work with the tech team to ensure seamless product integration.
    • Plan onboarding and post-launch support to ensure a positive user experience and high engagement levels.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
    • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, especially in U.S.-focused digital platforms
    • Familiarity with dual payment systems (USD/crypto) and experience in payment vendor negotiation
    • Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight timelines
    • Experience with brand strategy and marketing campaigns for U.S. consumers
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
