    Sportsbook Marketing & Operations Manager

    BettingJobs are currently seeking an online Sportsbook & Operations Manager for a leading iGaming operator based in their Monrovia, Liberia office. The role holder will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy.

    The Sportsbook Marketing & Operations Manager role would be well suited to an experienced Marketing professional with a strong knowledge of the online gaming industry in Africa.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for developing the marketing strategy
    • Ownership of marketing performance and reporting on a weekly/periodic basis with a high degree of insight/analysis and clear action planning to deliver change
    • Liaise with the Customer Support team to ensure promotional transparency across the business.
    • Develop a market offering and roadmap that matches target market appeal
    • Create new innovative product and promotional ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products, long term.
    • Define, manage and achieve all Sportsbook product KPIs as well as optimising and reporting on all promotional performance.
    • Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain marketplace awareness
    • Work with suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of the online offering
    • Assist in the development of the online product offering
    • Liaise with both customer and the Product Development functions to feedback customer demand and requirements into the development pipeline

     

    Requirements:

    • Excellent marketing knowledge with proven ability to increase both customer retention and acquisition within the online gaming industry
    • Significant experience working within an online Sportsbook operation
    • Strong customer and financial analytical skills with the ability to leverage them effectively
    • Keen knowledge of sports betting markets and rules, across all sports and understanding of the most relevant
    • Strong industry knowledge with a good understanding of the sports customer life cycle
    • Knowledge of developing campaign projections and strategies
    • Experience of working with third party suppliers and partners.
    • Experience of working with in-house marketing and product development teams.
    • Managing budgets
    • Self-starter, team player, enthusiastic; must have a desire to take the initiative and work independently
