BettingJobs are currently seeking a Sportsbook Director for an established gaming brand, to be based in their UAE office. The Sportsbook Director will be responsible for the overall management of the Sportsbook offering, working with third-party suppliers to ensure the delivery of a competitive offering.

This role would be well suited to an experienced Sportsbook professional with an excellent understanding of sportsbook customer experience and player retention in a land-based sportsbook environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sportsbook development strategy, including positioning, competitor analysis and product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the player experience
• Use data insights, feedback and observations to enhance the player experience
• Maximise the profitability of the Sportsbook operation.
• Develop strategic initiatives to promote the sportsbook.
• Hire, train and develop a team to assist with running the sportsbook operation.
• Drive staff to deliver high-quality customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience of running a sizeable Sportsbook operation in a land based environment
• Proven experience in Sportsbook product development
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
• Ability to lead, mentor and motivate employees.
• Experience in developing optimal customer experience to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates
