    Sportsbook and Casino CRM Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a well backed iGaming operator start up seeking to expand their team with a Sportsbook and Casino CRM Manager to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute CRM strategies tailored to the Brazilian market, focusing on customer retention, loyalty programs, and personalised marketing campaigns.
    • Analyse customer behaviour data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and upselling.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotions and communications that resonate with Brazilian customers.
    • Manage the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to reactivation, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
    • Measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance data.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in CRM, with a focus on sportsbook and casino industries, preferably in the Brazilian market.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
    • Deep understanding of the Brazilian sports betting and casino landscape, including consumer behaviour and regulatory requirements.
    • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with loyalty programs and customer segmentation strategies.
    • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the CRM space.
    • Understanding of responsible gambling practices and how they apply within the Brazilian market.
