BettingJobs are working with an established sports betting operator who are looking to add a Sports Betting Product Manager to their team in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Product Lead and fellow Product Managers to define, communicate, and execute the product roadmap for Sports Betting across all channels.
• Drive the game plan — guiding cross-functional teams in an agile environment by defining backlogs, epics, and user stories.
• Align with stakeholders and use data-driven insights to capture, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features efficiently.
• Work side-by-side with the Product Lead to conceive, document, and launch innovative features that keep the company at the top of the game.
• Conduct market and competitor research to understand user pain points, uncover opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in the online (sports) betting or iGaming industry.
• A strong understanding of product development and a deep passion for the sports betting industry and its customers.
• A customer-centric mindset, using data to uncover insights and shape product decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus!).
• A results-driven focus with an eye on ROI and key performance indicators that drive business success.
