    South Asia Marketing Manager

    Our client, a top-tier multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry is currently searching for a creative South Asia Marketing Manager to join their energetic team based in Dubai.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define the marketing plan and manage the regional budget in alignment with senior leadership and the Country Director.
    • Create, proofread, and distribute content across digital channels; develop and manage online advertising strategies and relationships with third-party advertisers.
    • Plan and coordinate key events; collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials and oversee their distribution.
    • Build and manage strong relationships with affiliates, YouTubers, and streamers; identify new partners and motivate existing ones to enhance performance.
    • Track and review KPIs, budget allocations, and ensure all affiliate and media content adheres to company policies.
    • Maximize brand visibility across multiple channels and oversee the translation of marketing content into required languages.

     

    Requirements:

    • Must bring a strong portfolio of affiliates on the South Asia gaming market (influencers, streamers, etc.)
    • Experience with advertising on various social media platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Instagram etc.)
    • Ability to source and retain new affiliate partnerships.
    • Strong negotiation and analytical skills – able to analyse performance and capable of using this analysis to drive better placements.
    • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google analytics, ad-serving, CPC, and performance-oriented advertising.
    • Friendly, passionate, and energetic.
    • Proficiency in English and additional language i.e. Hindi, Bangla or Nepali.
