BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for a Social Media Manager for Denmark to join their team based in Malta.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content and social media strategies aligned with business objectives, partnering with a creative agency to maintain brand presence across channels.
Manage the content and social media calendar, ensuring timely, platform-appropriate publication across the website, blog, and social platforms.
Lead a team of content and social specialists, overseeing complex campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to drive brand awareness, traffic, and engagement.
Continuously innovate strategies to boost brand visibility and conduct market and competitor analysis.
Use analytics tools to track, report, and optimize campaign performance, delivering monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with agencies to produce content assets and digital campaigns.
Build and manage partnerships with agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors, enhancing partner channel collaborations.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep content and social initiatives effective and forward-thinking.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in managing organic social channels for mass market B2C brands and showing some level of interest in Sports.
A degree in marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
Experience in briefing and implementing complex, KPI-driven digital social media campaigns tailored per channel.
Experience in integrating influencer marketing into digital campaigns.
Experience in managing teams and working cross-functionally with other departments and partners.
Native Danish and excellent verbal and written English language skills, with a strong background in digital content marketing.
