Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an SEO strategy aligned with business goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Enhance SEO processes across three pillars:
  • Technology: Optimise website structure, HTML, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, etc.
  • Relevance: Improve content, meta tags, Schema, FAQ, and Snippets.
  • E-A-T: Strengthen signals of trustworthiness, authority, and reliability.
• Advance link-building strategies, including outreach and link-worthy campaigns.
• Collaborate on SEO best practices for UX, content optimisation, internal/backlinks, and overall strategy.
• Prioritise page optimisations by revenue potential, ROI, and ranking goals, including Catena-owned and partner sites.
• Mentor team members in SEO practices and career growth; conduct internal SEO training sessions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in SEO or performance marketing with a college degree.
• Expertise in technical and on-page SEO, reporting, keyword research, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong ability to manage shifting priorities under deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
