    Senior VIP Manager

    BettingJobs is currently working with a Greek based iGaming affiliate marketing company. They are expanding their team in Limassol with the addition of a Senior VIP Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own a VIP portfolio: keep close, personal relationships with top players via phone, chat, and email
    • Solve issues quickly: find answers and coordinate with CS, Payments, Risk, and Product until it’s fixed
    • Analyse behaviour: spot churn risk and growth opportunities; tailor 1:1 offers and experiences
    • Bonus management: monitor performance/behaviour and credit bonuses responsibly (think ROI, deposit uplift, NGR, ARPPU).
    • Plan and run VIP promos & perks: tailored offers, events, gifts on time and on brief.
    • Report the numbers: weekly updates on retention, re-deposit rate, activity days, and player satisfaction
    • Keep clean records: log contacts, notes, preferences, and follow-ups in the CRM
    • Watch competitors: keep our VIP playbook sharp

    Requirements:

    • Proficient English (written and spoken)
    • Proactive mindset with solid support/sales skills
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail and follow-through
    • VIP/iGaming experience at senior or similar level (managing high-value accounts)
    • Analytical: comfortable reading dashboards and making data-driven decisions
    • Ownership: organized, independent, and able to run multiple priorities

    Nice to have:

    • Previous sales-agent experience (helpful for outreach and conversions)
    • Hands-on with CRM/retention tools (e.g., Smartico, Fast Track, Optimove)
    • Extra languages (e.g.,Greek, German) for local markets
    • Experience hosting VIP events or travel logistics
