    Senior VIP Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a well established iGaming operator seeking to expand their remote based team with an experienced Senior VIP Manager.

    The Senior VIP Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the VIP experience. This role requires a strategic, customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of the high-stakes gaming environment. The Senior VIP Manager will oversee VIP client relations, ensure top-tier service delivery, and drive the development and execution of VIP programs to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, the Senior VIP Manager will be responsible for identifying and a attracting new high-value clients to the casino.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide personalized service and ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for all VIP clients.
    • Handle VIP client complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Design, implement, and manage VIP programs and promotions to a attract and retain high-value clients.
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure VIP programs align with the casino’s overall strategy.
    • Plan and execute exclusive VIP events, including high-stakes gaming tournaments, entertainment events, and luxury experiences.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure event success.
    • Analyze VIP client data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improving services.
    • Prepare regular reports on VIP activities, client feedback, and program performance.
    • Lead and mentor the Loyalty Hosts, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
    • Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills in VIP client management and service excellence.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in VIP services within the online casino industry.

    • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
