BettingJobs is working with a leading B2B Provider in the iGaming industry. They are looking for an experienced Senior Spine Animator & VFX Artist to join their team in Stockholm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality animations for slot games, driving innovation in animation technologies, and providing leadership within the animation team.

Responsibilities:

• Create benchmark animations, develop assets per artistic and technical guidelines, and optimise for performance.
• Maintain high standards, meet deadlines, and improve animation workflows.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and tech artists; provide technical assistance during production.
• Guide, mentor, and supervise animators; train junior team members.
• Establish cohesive visual styles, create game assets, and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on trends, participate in brainstorming, and contribute to animation technology advancements.
• Ensure artwork meets specifications, optimise for multiple platforms, and maintain organised asset libraries.
• Document tools/processes, provide feedback, and clearly report progress or roadblocks.
• Assist with promotional assets and adhere to confidentiality agreements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working with slots
• Great knowledge of Spine
• Openness to generative art and new technology
• A willingness to adapt to change and a solutions oriented mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal communication
