    Senior Recruiter

    BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to join their team based in New Jersey.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, both technical and corporate within the iGaming industry.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    • Source, screen, and assess candidates from local and global markets.
    • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.
    • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry.
    • Proven experience recruiting for both IT Hiring( Backend, Front end, QA, Mobile, etc) and Corporate hiring ( Marketing, Operations, Designer, etc).
    • Senior/Executive roles recruitment experience is a must.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Comfortable working in-office.
