Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, both technical and corporate within the iGaming industry.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and assess candidates from local and global markets.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.
Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry.
Proven experience recruiting for both IT Hiring( Backend, Front end, QA, Mobile, etc) and Corporate hiring ( Marketing, Operations, Designer, etc).
Senior/Executive roles recruitment experience is a must.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
