BettingJobs are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for an established iGaming company in Malta.

Working across the online Casino and Poker product you will be responsible for the smooth day to day operation of both product and identifying areas for improvement to facilitate a continued excellent user experience.

The Senior Product Manager role would ideally be suited to an individual with strong knowledge of both Casino and Poker and experience managing one of these products in the online gaming industry.

Role Summary:

• Coordinate incident management between relevant parties.
• Document defect/bug fixes and feature requests from operational team.
• Assist in defining requirements for future operational platform.
• Manage configuration of platform used by operations team.
• Manage and own configuration of 3rd party consoles and train staff on their usage.
• Train operational staff on enterprise tools.
• Provide onsite support for major launches.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Casino and Poker Operations in troubleshooting system incidents in order to minimize down time and service interruption.
• Monitoring product performance.
• Manage and maintain system configurations.
• Train/knowledge share of system tools and processes.
• Documenting usage, best practice and troubleshooting.
• Requirements gathering and clarification.
• Identifying bugs and issues and escalating appropriately
• Monitoring and reporting on 3rd party performance.

Requirements:

• Experience working within a Casino or Poker product rile within the online gaming industry.
• Effective communicator with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal colleague and third party suppliers.
• Ability to develop and successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organization skills including ability to track and manage changes.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
