BettingJobs are currently recruiting for a leading Esports operator who will soon be launching their first B2C crypto casino. They are looking to hire a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer based remotely who specialises in UX and who’s passionate about eSports, casino or crypto betting products.

Role Overview:

• Drive the user experience design process, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and the UI design team to deliver products that solve real user problems while achieving business goals.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that reflect a deep understanding of both user needs and technical feasibility.
• Work iteratively, validating and refining your designs through feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Drive consistency across all platforms and ensure all interfaces are responsive, accessible, and maintain a seamless user experience.
• Stay current with design trends, industry standards, and competitive analysis, bringing new insights and creative ideas to the table.

Key skills required:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating user-centric experiences.
• Proven experience in iGaming/Gaming.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision, or similar.
• Strong research skills, with a demonstrated ability to gather and analyze user insights and translate them into actionable design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• A passion for creating intuitive, frictionless user experiences and staying ahead of UX trends.
