    Senior Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager

    BettingJobs is partnering with a leading provider of cutting-edge gambling software solutions in their search for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager to join their team in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify, vet, and test new performance marketing channels using experimental budgets. Rapidly eliminate underperforming channels and scale successful ones to maximise ROI.
    • Build and manage relationships with DSPs, ad networks, and other performance marketing partners, demonstrating seniority and professionalism in negotiations.
    • Conduct AB tests, analyse performance data, and implement improvements to optimise campaign results.
    • Design engaging banner ads and write compelling copy using tools such as Bannerflow or Creatify.ai to enhance campaign performance.
    • Develop and execute strategies for unregulated markets, employing creative and resourceful approaches to navigate challenges.
    • Seamlessly switch between casino and sportsbook verticals, tailoring strategies to suit each audience and brand.
    • Leverage analytics to inform decision-making, measure the success of campaigns, and refine future strategies.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving results across multiple brands.
    • Hands-on experience managing DSPs and ad networks.
    • Demonstrated ability to discover, test, and scale new marketing channels with an experimentation-first mindset.
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain senior-level partnerships.
    • Proficiency in tools like Bannerflow or Creatify.ai for ad design and copywriting.
    • Expertise in running AB tests and optimising campaigns for performance.
    • Experience working in unregulated markets, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
    • Ability to work across both casino and sportsbook verticals with ease.

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and related performance channels.
    • Knowledge of international marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Experience with multi-brand management in the iGaming industry.
    • A passion for sports betting and casino games, with personal insights into audience behaviour.
