BettingJobs are working with a well-established B2B service provider who offer tech, marketing, operations and payments solutions that specialise within South-East Asian markets, who are seeking to hire a Senior .NET Developer to join their office in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web and software applications using .NET technologies.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
• Implement APIs and ensure secure and efficient integration with external platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive and user-friendly front-end features.
• Optimize backend systems and SQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely solutions.
• Keep documentation updated and participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Solid experience with SQL Server including stored procedures and query optimization.
• Knowledge of front-end tools like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with Angular/React/Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience working with Git or similar version control systems.
• Familiarity with mobile app integration and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud services like Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure Boards, or similar).
• Mobile development experience (Xamarin or equivalent) is an advantage.
