    Senior Marketing and Campaign Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with a Senior Marketing and Campaign Manager.

    The successful candidate will oversee the full funnel marketing strategy, creative direction, execution, and analysis of all marketing campaigns across sports, casino, and lottery verticals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies for multi-channel campaigns, aligning with brand objectives and product goals.
    • Guide the development of creative assets, ensuring messaging is on-brand and appeals to target demographics across sports, casino, and lottery segments.
    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., digital, CRM, content, design) to ensure seamless delivery across all channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and leverage insights to optimise campaigns for better ROI. Implement A/B testing and make data-driven decisions.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence within the campaign and marketing department.
    • Work closely with various marketing departments, including CRM, Digital, Affiliate, and Content, to align on goals, share insights, and ensure consistent messaging.
    • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise return on marketing spend.
    • Develop and manage a full-year marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns for key events, holidays, and brand promotions.
    • Drive awareness, acquisition, and retention strategies across all verticals (sports, casino, lottery), leveraging a mix of digital, social media, email, content marketing, and partnerships.
    • Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the online gambling or gaming industry. Proven experience overseeing 360-degree campaigns.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of the US gambling market, particularly online sports, casino, and lottery.
    • Expertise in digital marketing channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, email, social media, affiliate).
    • Proficiency in data analysis, using metrics to make strategic decisions.
    • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
    • A strategic thinker with a creative mindset, always looking for innovative ways to engage and grow the customer base.
    • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Analytical and results-oriented, with a passion for metrics and ROI optimisation.
