    Senior Display Marketing Executive

    BettingJobs are working with a leading iGaming/sportsbook operator that target the UK market amongst several others. They have their main HQ based in Gibraltar where they are planning to expand their Digital Marketing team at a rapid rate as we go into 2025. They are currently looking for a Senior Display Marketing Executive to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns across platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Xandr, Google Ads).
    • Optimise targeting, bidding, creatives, and budgets to maximise performance.
    • Collaborate with Display Marketing Manager to align strategies with business goals and KPIs.
    • Serve as a platform expert and ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Data) and external media agencies.
    • Monitor and analyse performance using DSPs, CM360, Google Analytics; provide actionable insights.
    • Guide creative development, A/B testing, and ensure brand consistency.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, privacy laws, and best practices.
    • Support team knowledge sharing and maintain campaign playbooks.
    • Communicate campaign progress and insights to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of hands-on programmatic/display advertising experience.
    • Skilled in managing complex, high-budget media plans.
    • Strong analytical mindset; experienced with ad tech tools and data-driven optimisation.
    • Excellent multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing; industry knowledge (e.g., sports betting) a plus.
