BettingJobs is working with our client in their search for an experienced Senior Designer to join their team in Gibraltar.

Responsibilities:

• Own major design projects for exchange betting, sports, casino and broader entertainment campaigns
• Translate brand strategy into creative solutions that drive impact across digital, social, and print
• Lead the creative process, mentoring junior designers and coordinating freelancers when needed
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Design and wider team to set standards, processes and best practices
• Problem-solve independently, bringing ideas to the table and backing them up with clear rationales
• Ensure delivery to deadline, maintaining both creative quality and commercial effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house design team, ideally within online gambling or a related sector
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, leadership in concept development, and technical mastery
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for After Effects/Premiere skills
• Excellent communication, able to present ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
• Proactive attitude, confident making decisions and comfortable guiding less-experienced colleagues
• Attention to detail in typography, layout and visual hierarchy
