BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming group running multi market brands, seeking to expand their portfolio with the addition of Crypto focused products. As such we are hiring for a Senior Crypto Acquisition Manager to focus on New Markets.

This role can be remote (working to SAT hours). And requires past experience with iGaming crypto acquisition channels.

This role is pivotal in driving aggressive growth through strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, and digital advertising (PPC) to enhance our presence in the casino, sports, and crypto gaming space.  You will be responsible for identifying and executing growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute aggressive growth strategies to acquire users and drive revenue in online gaming, with a focus on casino, sports, and crypto sectors.
• Optimize affiliate marketing programs, ensuring lead generation, tracking, and effective partnerships while expanding affiliate networks.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships with key brands, influencers, and stakeholders in gaming and crypto.
• Create, manage, and optimize high-ROI PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
• Lead crypto gaming user acquisition, leveraging blockchain and crypto payments.
• Engage gaming influencers and communities on Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms to boost brand visibility and player engagement.
• Track and report performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven Business Development experience in online gaming, iGaming, or sports betting.
• Deep knowledge of casino, sports gaming, crypto gaming, blockchain, and user acquisition strategies.
• Skilled in affiliate marketing, PPC campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships, with experience in Twitch, streaming, and influencer marketing.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to market shifts and new technologies. Strong communicator and team player with a passion for innovation in gaming.
