    Senior CRM Specialist

    BettingJobs is working with a renowned iGaming company with multiple casino brands and offices in South Africa and London in their search for a Senior CRM Specialist to join their team.

    As the Senior CRM Specialist, you will collaborate with marketing, acquisiton, product development, and customer support to align retention strategies with business goals. You will also create personalised content and manage multi-channel campaigns to boost player engagement and optimise systems like XP and Optimotive to track plater behaviour and improve retention triggers.

    This position is well suited to an individual with experience in the gambling industry who has knowledge of regulatory compliance and responsible gambling.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with marketing, acquisition, product development, and customer support to align retention strategies with business goals.
    • Use data analysis to segment players, tailor retention strategies by region and preferences, and enhance loyalty.
    • Create personalised content and manage multi-channel campaigns to boost player engagement.
    • Work with Product and GSP teams to ensure an optimal user experience across all touchpoints.
    • Optimise systems like XP and Optimove to track player behaviour and improve retention rates.
    • Develop and execute a retention strategy, including A/B testing, competitor analysis, and new retention triggers.
    • Monitor key retention metrics, such as product and promotion engagement, bonus redemption, and cashier UX.
    • Track KPIs like ARPU, deposit value, number of active days, bonus cost, and channel retention effectiveness.
    • Provide monthly reports on retention rates, campaign effectiveness, and top-performing affiliates.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in the gambling industry with knowledge of regulatory compliance and responsible gambling.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Fluency in English; multi-channel marketing is a plus.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Optimove, XP, Smartico) is essential; Power BI/Tableau knowledge is desirable.
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and HTML email development is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with 3rd party game providers.
    • Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and ethical.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Adaptable, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
