    Senior CRM Manager

    BettingJobs is working with an exciting new iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior CRM Manager to their team in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and own the CRM strategy and roadmap, including segmentation, lifecycle flows, and campaign planning.
    • Manage and optimise automated and ad-hoc campaigns for onboarding, reactivation, retention, and VIP early VIP detection.
    • Design A/B tests, analyse performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion, ROI), and continuously improve campaigns.
    • Collaborate with data, product, customer support, and content teams to align messaging and offers with player behavior and business goals.
    • Own CRM tools and platforms (such as Optimove, Xtremepush, etc.) and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and error-free.
    • Monitor player activity and trigger personalised communications based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
    • Ensure all communication complies with GDPR, local regulations, and responsible gaming standards.
    • Support expansion into new markets with tailored CRM strategies and localisation.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming or a high-volume B2C environment.
    • Proven track record in managing multi-channel CRM campaigns with strong performance results.
    • Deep understanding of player behavior, retention metrics, and LTV drivers in casino/sportsbook verticals.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, campaign builders, and analytics dashboards.
    • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
    • Experience with bonus mechanics, segmentation, and promotional calendars.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
