    Senior CRM Manager

    BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for a Senior CRM Manager to join their team in Cyprus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Craft and execute personalised, data-driven CRM strategies to boost player engagement and lifetime value.
    • Design and manage captivating promotions, offers, and loyalty programs tailored to the players’ needs.
    • Dive into customer data to create segmented campaigns, delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time.
    • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align on initiatives and optimise performance.
    • Monitor key KPIs, analyse campaign success, and continuously improve strategy based on insights.
    • Use your 3-4 years of experience in CRM for Social Casino to ensure we stay ahead of the game!

    Requirements:

    • 3-4 years of experience in CRM, with a focus on Social Casino.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
