    Senior Casino Manager

    Our client, a subsidiary of a leading gaming operator, is seeking an experienced Senior Casino Manager to join their new office in Tbilisi, Georgia.

    As the Senior Casino Manager, you will be responsible for curating and optimising game offerings to align with player preferences, ensuring fresh, engaging content as well as parterning with marketing to create retention-focused promotions, tournaments, and gamification initiatives.

    To be considered for this role, you must have 5+ years experience in online casino management, with 2+ years experience in retention-focused roles within iGaming.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily casino operations, prioritizing strategies to boost player retention and loyalty.
    • Curate and optimize game offerings to align with player preferences, ensuring fresh, engaging content.
    • Develop targeted strategies for player reactivation, churn prevention, and loyalty enhancement.
    • Partner with marketing to create retention-focused promotions, tournaments, and gamification initiatives.
    • Leverage analytics to track retention metrics, LTV, and churn, implementing data-driven improvements.
    • Design and oversee VIP and loyalty programs to foster long-term engagement.
    • Collaborate with game providers to introduce features aligned with retention goals.
    • Ensure compliance with licensing, responsible gaming, and regulatory standards.
    • Act on player feedback to enhance satisfaction and address key pain points.
    • Lead and mentor a retention-focused team to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with business goals.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years in online casino management, with 2+ years in retention-focused roles within iGaming.
    • Expertise in retention strategies, player lifecycle management, and loyalty programs.
    • Skilled in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) for data-driven retention decisions.
    • In-depth knowledge of casino operations, game providers, and player behavior related to retention.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with teams and partners.
    • Proficient in CRM systems, customer retention tools, and segmentation platforms.
    • Proven experience in designing and managing VIP and loyalty programs.
    • Familiar with trends in gamification, personalized marketing, and retention tech.
    • Knowledgeable in responsible gaming, AML guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
