    Senior Brand Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a leading UK online gaming operator who are looking to add a Senior Brand Manager to their fast paced and high performing team based in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure each brand’s proposition and purpose are consistently delivered across all customer touchpoints.
    • Actively contribute to day-to-day operations, representing the Brand team and influencing strategic decisions across areas like commercial objectives, content planning, product development, and budgeting.
    • Lead the development and implementation of internal and external communications across all brand portfolios, ensuring alignment with overall brand vision.
    • Maintain consistency in brand and visual identity across all messaging, not limited to above-the-line (ATL) campaigns.
    • Create strategic creative briefs to guide and inspire impactful creative work.
    • Champion brand-led initiatives that elevate brand identity and challenge existing norms, often going beyond standard commercial requirements.
    • Coordinate brand thinking across all marketing and advertising formats to ensure cohesive messaging.
    • Attend and influence planning sessions to embed brand priorities across functions.
    • Clearly communicate brand strategies and plans at all levels of the business, managing expectations throughout.
    • Promote brand thinking beyond execution through regular updates, presentations, and strategic communication.
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships to educate and align teams with brand values and positioning.
    • Serve as a source of fresh thinking, expertise, and provocation within the wider marketing function.

    Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to embed brand thinking across an organization.
    • Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
    • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the business.
    • Excellent communicator, facilitator, and listener with the ability to respond to insights and data.
    • Passionate and energetic advocate for brand and product.
    • Highly organized and methodical with a sharp eye for detail.
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
