Our client, a subsidiary of a leading gaming operator, is seeking talented professionals to join their new office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They are currently looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily casino operations, focusing on strategies to improve player retention and loyalty.
• Optimise the game portfolio to match player preferences, ensuring engaging and fresh content.
• Develop and implement tailored strategies for player segments to drive reactivation, prevent churn, and build loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing on retention-focused promotions, tournaments, and gamification initiatives.
• Use analytics to track retention metrics, player LTV, and churn rates, applying data-driven improvements.
• Lead the development and execution of VIP and loyalty programs to foster long-term player engagement.
• Partner with game providers to introduce features and games aligned with retention goals.
• Ensure retention activities comply with licensing, responsible gaming, and regulatory standards.
• Gather and act on player feedback to enhance the casino experience and address pain points.
• Manage and mentor a retention team, driving impactful campaigns and aligning efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in online casino management, including 2+ years in retention-focused iGaming roles.
• Proficient in retention strategies, player lifecycle management, loyalty programs, and VIP program design.
• Skilled in tools like Google Analytics and Power BI for retention metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of casino operations, game providers, player behavior, and retention dynamics.
• Proficient with CRM systems, segmentation platforms, and customer retention tools.
• Familiar with gamification, personalized marketing, retention technologies, responsible gaming, AML, and regulatory standards.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication abilities.
