    Sales Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth alternative payments solutions provider seeking to further expand their team with an experienced Sales Manager.

    This candidate will be an expert in B2B outbound sales and will have experience in the Fintech and/or iGaming industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the iGaming sector, including casinos, game providers, affiliates, and event organisers.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
    • Schedule and conduct client meetings during industry events, maintaining high engagement levels.
    • Execute the Group’s sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and ensure seamless handover of potential clients.
    • Utilise CRM to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and document all client interactions.
    • Represent the company at iGaming events and exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and networking with potential clients.
    • Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights to inform the company’s commercial strategy.
    • Submit detailed post-show and monthly reports.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and regulatory requirements.
    • Work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of clients.
    • Introduce clients to the marketing team for partnership-related PR and promotional activities.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Proven track record of B2B sales success, preferably within the iGaming or banking sectors.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry’s dynamics and key players.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools.
    • Willingness to travel frequently for industry events and client meetings.
