    Sales Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a growing B2B Casino Games Slots Studio. They are looking to being their team with the addition of a Sales Manager to join their team in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients including operators, aggregators, and platform providers.
    • Manage and grow existing partner relationships with a focus on long-term value.
    • Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and pitches at industry events and online.
    • Negotiate commercial terms, licensing agreements, and partnership structures.
    • Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to guide business strategy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning, launches, and pipeline planning.
    • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and performance insights.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the iGaming / casino games industry (slots experience strongly preferred).
    • Strong network within the iGaming ecosystem (operators, aggregators, platforms).
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
    • Ability to travel for conferences, expos, and partner meetings when required.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
