Sales Manager
BettingJobs are working with a growing B2B Casino Games Slots Studio. They are looking to being their team with the addition of a Sales Manager to join their team in Malta.
Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients including operators, aggregators, and platform providers.
Manage and grow existing partner relationships with a focus on long-term value.
Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and pitches at industry events and online.
Negotiate commercial terms, licensing agreements, and partnership structures.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to guide business strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning, launches, and pipeline planning.
Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and performance insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the iGaming / casino games industry (slots experience strongly preferred).
Strong network within the iGaming ecosystem (operators, aggregators, platforms).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
Ability to travel for conferences, expos, and partner meetings when required.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
