    Sales Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a B2B Games studio in Asia, who are looking to add an experienced Sales Manager to their team based remotely in Asia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy, including market analysis and competitor research.
    • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
    • Understand client needs, provide tailored product/service recommendations, and conduct product demonstrations.
    • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation.
    • Respond to queries, RFPs, and tenders, creating high-quality proposals and presentations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (product, service, marketing) to align business development strategies.
    • Monitor partner performance, manage expectations, and lead regular account planning.
    • Represent the company at industry events, leveraging networking opportunities.
    • Provide monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts and performance reports, making strategic recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of sales experience in the online gaming industry.
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
    • Extensive iGaming industry knowledge: sports betting expertise is a plus.
    • Fluent in Chinese & English (written and spoken).
    • Established network of industry executives and decision-makers.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
    • Willingness to travel internationally.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Atlassian products.
