    Sales Controlling Lead

    BettingJobs is working with a market leading B2B SaaS provider who are looking to add a Sales Controlling Lead to their team. This role would ideally be based in Bucharest.

    The successful candidate will drive data-driven decision-making by overseeing sales performance tracking, planning, and pricing strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Sales Controlling function, ensuring accurate KPI tracking, sales planning, and pricing support.
    • Design and manage sales performance reporting systems for leadership decision-making.
    • Develop forecasting models that align with company goals and market conditions.
    • Provide strategic pricing and deal value recommendations to support high-value opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales efficiency and profitability.
    • Define and implement KPI tracking methodologies and performance reporting frameworks.
    • Develop and approve forecasting models based on historical data and market trends.
    • Recommend and approve pricing structures and deal value calculations.
    • Adjust sales targets and plans based on performance data and forecasts.
    • Select and implement tools and systems for sales controlling and reporting.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
    • 5–8+ years in sales controlling, financial analysis, or a similar role.
    • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, especially long sales cycles and high-value deals.
    • Expertise in KPI tracking, financial modelling, and sales forecasting.
    • Strong analytical skills to support pricing and deal structuring.
    • Familiarity with industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and pricing strategies.
    • Experience in iGaming, SaaS, consulting, or other B2B industries with complex sales cycles.
    • Strong collaboration skills to align sales, finance, and marketing functions.
