Our client, a innovative sports betting company is looking for a reliable Risk Trading Manager to join their unique team in Manila.

Responsibilities:

• Build a risk control strategy system based on data analysis and quantitative analysis to effectively identify users and formulate risk control strategies for different types of products.
• Lead the design of processes related to the risk control system in collaboration with the research and development team.
• Gain deep insights into user profiles and behavioural characteristics, comprehensively understand the risk control process, and work with machine learning to solve complex risk management problems.
• Monitor and analyse the effects of risk policies and strategies, optimizing risk control strategies as necessary.
• Plan compliance strategies and oversee compliance production across various departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management, or related fields.
• Experience in risk control, risk management, or internal control departments. Preference for candidates with risk control experience in financial institutions such as private equity, funds, insurance, banking, stocks, bonds, or trusts.
• Understanding of the gaming industry or financial product business processes and operating models. Familiarity with sports and e-sports risk control processes and products is preferred.
• Excellent communication and expression skills; strong logical thinking and summarizing abilities.
• Sensitivity to risk points and data, with strong risk control and problem-solving abilities.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the financial sector of large internet companies.
• Management experience, preferably with over three years of experience managing teams of 50 or more people.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
