    Responsible Gaming Manager

    Our client, a well known iGaming company with multiple casino brands is currently searching for an exceptional Responsible Gaming Manager to join their energetic team based in Malta.


    • Develop and execute the company’s responsible gaming strategy in line with regulations and industry standards.
    • Implement policies and procedures to promote responsible gaming practices and ensure compliance in all jurisdictions.
    • Oversee responsible gaming training programs for employees and manage customer support for related queries and self-exclusion requests.
    • Monitor and analyze customer behavior to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and prepare reports for senior management.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external stakeholders to stay updated on legislation and best practices.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to integrate responsible gaming principles into all business aspects.


    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Psychology, Law, Social Sciences).
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a responsible gaming role within the iGaming industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing responsible gaming initiatives.
    • In-depth knowledge of responsible gaming regulations and best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • High ethical standards and a commitment to promoting responsible gaming.
