As the Responsible Gaming Manager, you will be at the forefront of our clients commitment to responsible gaming. You will develop, implement, and manage the company’s responsible gaming strategy to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Your role will be pivotal in promoting a safe and sustainable gaming environment for our clients customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s responsible gaming strategy in line with regulations and industry standards.
• Implement policies and procedures to promote responsible gaming practices and ensure compliance in all jurisdictions.
• Oversee responsible gaming training programs for employees and manage customer support for related queries and self-exclusion requests.
• Monitor and analyze customer behavior to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external stakeholders to stay updated on legislation and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to integrate responsible gaming principles into all business aspects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Psychology, Law, Social Sciences).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a responsible gaming role within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing responsible gaming initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of responsible gaming regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
