BettingJobs is partnering with a leading B2B Provider in the iGaming industry. They are seeking an experienced Product Owner (Slot Producer) to be based in Bucharest, Kyiv, or Stockholm.

The successful candidate will make a lot of key decisions for the game and be the “go-to” person in more ways than you can imagine. Your knowledge, leadership, passion, and attention to detail will be fully utilized.

A deep love for gaming with strong analytical skills and previous iGaming experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging slot game concepts.
• Define the overall vision and ensure it aligns with our game design philosophy.
• Create comprehensive game design documents and organize production.
• Supervise math, art, music, development, and delivery to ensure smooth team operations.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver snappy and punchy game flows.
• Set direction, prioritize tasks, and make critical decisions throughout production.
• Research, play, and study slot games to stay informed about market trends and competitors.
• Act as the interface between the production team and the commercial team.
• Coordinate with the operation and compliance teams to facilitate game releases.

Requirements:

• A deep love for gaming with strong analytical skills – Previous iGaming experience needed.
• Comprehensive understanding of slots from mechanical, psychological, mathematical, and visual perspectives. You should know what players will feel about the product and why it will succeed.
• Ability to work across all aspects of the product—math, development, art, music, compliance, marketing, and sales.
• Proven ability to operate effectively at both team and studio levels, considering the larger strategic goals.
• Excellent skills in presenting visions, plans, and feedback, while adapting effectively to inputs from others.
• Willing to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with casino game regulations and jurisdictional requirements.
• Developer and math background are preferred.
