BettingJobs is working with a well established iGaming operator seeking to expand their North American based team with an experience iGaming technical Product Owner.

This role is fully remote and only accepting applications from those based in EST time zone.

Main Tasks:
Gather and Write Requirements

• Create and maintain detailed Jira tickets, ensuring they are clear, actionable, and aligned with product goals.
• Vet and refine tickets submitted by others in the company, fully understanding the requirements and rewriting them as necessary to ensure clarity for the development team.

Prioritize the Backlog

• Work closely with leadership to prioritize the product backlog, balancing strategic goals with practical considerations.
• Determine what goes into upcoming sprints, ensuring that the most critical and impactful features are addressed first.

Work with the Design Team

• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure that designs not only meet the functional requirements but also adhere to brand standards and deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Ensure that the design solutions are both innovative and aligned with the product vision.

Perform User Acceptance Testing

• Conduct UAT on completed development tickets to ensure they meet the required standards and are ready for release.
• Provide the final stamp of approval before features are deployed, ensuring they align with the product vision and user needs.

Understand Customers

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers through research, feedback, and data analysis.
• Transform these insights into actionable plans to create exceptional user experiences.

Personal Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically with customer-facing websites.
• Proven track record of putting customers first and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making and measure product success.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into product strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Deep understanding of user experience best practices.
• Technical background and familiarity with Agile development methodologies are preferred.
• You’ve worked in similar positions and have at least 3 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of iGaming and Crypto are a bonus
• Knowledge of A/b testing and conversion optimization is a plus
